Something wrong with your order? Tell us what happened and we will sort it out.

What we need from you
- Your full name.
- The email address you used when you ordered, or the address you want us to reply to.
- Your order number, if you have it.
- A photo of the problem, and a short description of what happened.
What this covers
Your beanie arrived damaged, has a stitching or quality fault, is the wrong item or design, is not what you ordered, or your parcel never arrived. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your parcel never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you.
What happens next
Our team reviews your request, usually within 2 business days, and emails you. You choose how we fix it:
- Full refund to your original payment method, including the shipping you paid.
- Replacement of the same beanie, made and sent to you for free.
- Store credit: a discount code or gift card for the full value, to spend on anything else in the shop.
You do not need to send the beanie back. Every beanie is made to order for you, so it cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Changed your mind?
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and choose "I changed my mind". We will tell you where to send the beanie. It must be unworn and unwashed, and return shipping is paid by you. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
