Shipping Policy

Your beanie arrives 5–10 days after you order it. Shipping costs €4.99 and is free on orders of €50 and above. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Made to order

Every beanie is embroidered after you order. Production takes a few working days and is included in the 5–10 days delivery time above. Because each order is made for you, we cannot ship it the same day.

We do not ship to other countries at the moment. If you live somewhere else, email us and we will tell you if that can change.

Days are calendar days and include production. In December, carriers are busy and delays can happen, so please order early if your beanie is a Christmas gift.

We set our prices in euros. At checkout you see the amount in pounds or US dollars, converted automatically for your country. The free shipping limit is converted the same way.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Orders in more than one parcel

If you order more than one beanie, they can ship separately and arrive on different days. You only pay shipping once.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, your country can charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. If that happens, they are collected by the carrier or customs and are not part of our shipping price.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once an order is in production, we cannot change it. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, contact us and we will help you find a solution, but extra shipping costs can apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, contact us. We send a new beanie or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
