These terms apply when you visit loudbeanie.com or order from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Our email order confirmation shows we received it, and the contract is concluded when we start making your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We can cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item cannot be made or a price is clearly a mistake.

If you are under 18, please order together with a parent or guardian.

Made to order

Every beanie is embroidered after you order it. This is why delivery takes a few days and why we refund instead of taking returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euros, pounds or US dollars depending on your country. Currencies are converted automatically at checkout.
• Prices include VAT where the law requires it.
• You pay at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider through Shopify, and we never see your full card details.

Products

We show our products as clearly as we can, but colours can look different on different screens and embroidery is handmade-looking by nature, so small differences can occur. The embroidered text stays in English on every beanie.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, your right of withdrawal and the gift card option are in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, phrases, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Loud Beanie. You may not copy, sell or use them for your own products without our written permission. You can of course wear your beanie and share photos of it.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break it, copy it automatically, or use it for anything illegal. If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Our responsibility

We do our best to deliver your order as described. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by events outside our control, such as carrier problems, strikes or weather. We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, including defects, and we do not limit liability where the law does not allow it, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Complaints

If something is wrong, email us first at Contact@LoudBeanie.com. We reply within 2 working days and want to fix it. You can also contact the consumer authority in your country.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version on the website on the day you order is the one that applies to your order.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
